thus, the birth of third thursday’s with 300nightclub had begun. the name was thrown around and manipulated so much, it became abbreviated to “thirds” as a kind of modern-day slang version, which seemingly replaced “third thursday’s with 300nightclub” as a phrase in totality, and as the event gained more traction, it was decided that the organization running this event would be named “thirds.” to pay homage to the excitement of the local community surrounding the event.

over time, thirds. began putting on shows that weren’t just third thursday’s, a concept which began to develop a strong foundation for a plur local event booking agency, one with the concepts backing what music is as the forefront of the organization. 300nightclub’s roots in alt-rock, punk, metal, hip hop, rnb, and edm fully inspired the morality of the organization.
